Inpatient Hospice RN – Nights New

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Inpatient Hospice RN to fill an opening with a prestigious Hospice organization in Tennessee. Location – Nashville

Daily Responsibilities for Inpatient Hospice RN:

• This Inpatient RN will provide nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process and current standards of practice.
• Works with the IDT, patient, and family to create and implement a hospice care plan.

Schedule: 7:00pm – 7:00am

Required Qualifications for Inpatient Hospice RN:

• Clear and active RN license in the state of TN
• 1+ year of experience in hospice, oncology, home health, ER, ICU, Med/Surg, LTC, and/or acute care
